Problem: There are 3 shapes in my bag. The total number of sides is 13. There might be two shapes that are the same. What could the shapes be?

We had fun working with 2D shapes during math centers today! We used Ipads to scan QR codes and followed their clues to complete a scavenger hunt and made and traced pictures using 2D pattern blocks. We also used play-doh and tooth-picks to create 2D figures and record about what we know about their sides and vertices.
Thank you for bringing in plastic bags! Our class collected a total of 562 bags! Recycling helps to keep our earth clean! We will be continuing to help our earth next week by doing a spring clean up of our school yard!
